Spot free rinse

I have a Brita water filter in the house too. Even though I'm in the country I'm on Rural Water which is just like city water. It's expensive and I would not have put it in. But, it was the landlords idea.

There are too many different types of "spot free rinse" to answer your question easily.

The spot free rinse I use works very well because it is simply clean, reverse osmosis filtered water, no sheeting agents or recycled water.

Morning to all,
I have a chevy van that I waxed and then took to the high pressure car wash in order to remove the wax around the emblems and door hinges, well after rinsing I drove it home and went inside to get a towel to dry with, upon returning I noticed at least a million spots on my newly waxed finish, tried to remove them with some more wax, no luck.
How do I remove these damn spots??????

That's just not a good way to go about things.

1. Wash the vehicle very well. About the best way to do this is to hand wash by yourself.
2. Now wax the vehicle.
3. Remove wax between emblems with q-tips, small towels, or toothpicks (using light pressure).

Of course, this is a very simplified version of the process.

Well,
I suppose the spots will just have to remain for a while, it was hard enough to wash, dry and wax the first time, much less have to do it again any time soon, you mean to tell me that I can't use a commercial car wash without having spots, I got a half a mind to sue.

I too tried to get rid of spots by waxing it just doesn't work. You'd think it would but, it won't. I don't know how you'd get rid of them now.

If you aren't going to towel dry the car, which I wouldn't do after using a spray and wash type place because you just can't get the dirt off of the car there, and the brush is PURE evil, then you'll end up with water spots by letting the car air dry. Because, when the water evaporates it leaves behind calcium and other contaminates/impurities. You can use a detail spray or some white vinegar to remove the spots.
